Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) Exam Preparation, 2nd Edition

Clinical documentation improvement (CDI) competencies are becoming more valuable to healthcare professionals of all kinds, including health information management (HIM) professionals, nurses, and physicians. Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) Exam Preparation includes two full exams comprised of 140 questions with an extra practice exam for instructors to utilize for further practice.

Through the month of May, we recommend you use your book’s content as a study tool. Your book contains all the same questions, answers, and rationales as the online practice exam modules. Please reference your book’s front matter to learn how best to use the book by itself during this time.
